Returns Policy

You have up to seven (7) days from delivery date of the item to return a product to Chapeau Claudette for either a refund or an exchange. When you return an item, you must include the invoice and a note with details of the reason for the return.

The product or products must be returned at the following address: Ref 207, 95 Wilton Place, London SW1V 1BZ.

If you still have the original packaging, you simply go to your local post office and mark the package Return to Sender.

Non-defective items:

You must cover the shipping fees and the inherent risks for a returned item.

Defective items:

In the case where an item is defective, it will be exchanged for a new copy of the same item.

Wrong items:

If Chapeau Claudette has delivered the wrong item, Chapeau Claudette will ship the correct one. In both of these cases, Chapeau Claudette will cover the fees and risks associated with the return delivery as long as the return is made by Royal Mail signed delivery. Upon receiving the returned items, all amounts withdrawn from your credit card for Chapeau Claudette except for the shipping fees, will be credited as quickly as possible, under the condition that the products associated with the return and shipped back by you and received by Chapeau Claudette in the same condition as when they were shipped and received by you.
